It's A Girl!!!

We had a 3D ultrasound February 2nd and found out that our little munchkin is a girl. We will have our big ultrasound on March 6 when I will be 22 weeks 6 days. I had the 3D scan done when I was 18 weeks 1 day.....a gift from my dear husband for Valentine's Day. This will be our second little girl together and we are very happy!

Got Our BFP!!!

We just found out a couple of days ago that we are pregnant and are due July 4, 2008. We have been trying to get pregnant for two years now and it took me going back to au natural to conceive. This is such a blessing and we are so very thankful for this "little" miracle of ours. :)

Now we are awaiting taking Christmas pics of the kids which will be next weekend. They are going to be so adorable in their black and gold outfits. Will post pics as soon as we get them.

My Furbaby Died :-(

Yesterday I went for orientation @ SKY Rehab and my husband had Brianna and Coco playing outside. My little girl got to rough with Coco and hurt her badly. When I got home I found Coco in her bed dead. It made me so very sad. I loved my little Coco. I miss her so much. She was only 9 weeks old. No more small pets around here until the kids are older than 5 years old. Brianna doesn't understand that she hurt Coco and Gabe is taking it well. Andrew doesn't even know yet. I plan on getting the kids a bigger pet this summer. If all works out I'll be getting them a labrador retreaver(a golden or chocolate color). Gabe loves animals. He is alot like his Pa when he was younger. Now I'll dream of Gabe becoming a vetenarian.

New Job!!!

Yeah, I just found out today that I got the job I was hoping for! I have orientation March 19th. I'll be working PRN as a Medical Lab Tech @ Sky Rehab. I'll be making more money than I ever dreamed possible ($19/hour). Now if I can just get my medical transcription courses online completed then I should be able to make enough money working PRN and from home. That will give me more time to be with my kids, my dear husband and my family and that makes me very happy. I'm hoping my Dad will teach me to work on Harley-Davidson's especially since I want him to hook me up with a Sportster. I miss riding on a motorcycle and I miss travelling across the country on one even more. The movie Wild Hogs brought all of my wonderful memories back of me and my Dad travelling on a Harley. I took Gabe and Jonathan (my "little" brother) to see it this past weekend and we loved it. I definitely suggest going to see it!!!

Our Furbabies

I guess I should introduce our furbabies. We have two adult cats, Peanut Butter and Night. I'm happy that we finally got them declawed. Now maybe the furniture will survive a few more years. LOL We also have a 5 month old kitten named Flopsy cause she use to flop over at the drop of a hat, so to speak. I can't wait until she gets declawed. She is driving me nuts!! She torments the other cats. Now tomorrow, we are going to add a new furbaby to the mix. My dear husband is going to pick up our chihuahua pup. Her nickname is Lita but I'm considering changing her name. I'm going to wait and see what name will match her personality. Maybe I'll be able to get the four of them to let me take a pic of them. That is probably just wishful thinking. Chances are I'll have to post pics of them separately. ;-)

Hopes for 2007

I have a job interview tomorrow at SKY Rehab for a medical lab tech job. I'm realllllly hoping that I will get this job. I miss working in a lab so much! I have hopes to work and take classess part time until I reach my goal of getting a bachelor's in medical technology.
I'm also beginning a weight loss program in the morning. I'm hoping to drop 72 lbs by using the point system on weight watchers online.
I also plan on continuing to try to conceive a baby this year. Right now I'm hoping for a Thanksgiving baby. I'm currently on my third cycle of clomid and hoping I won't have to take it much longer......nasty side effects. If I don't get pregnant this cycle I may take one more cycle but then I'm going to take a break from ttt.

I hope 2007 is going to be a great year!!!! :-)

Memories

I was just thinking back to a year ago and realized that my Grandmother won't be at my daughter's 2nd birthday party. Last year she got to be with us to celebrate but in August of last year (the day after my son's birthday party) she passed away. Last year was a rough year....I lost my grandmother and my husband lost a close uncle to cancer and his only brother in a car accident. I really am hoping this will be a better year for us.
